STATE OF ALASKA BILL NO. HB 190
2020 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This bill will allow Alaskans the ability to be absent for an additional 180 days outside of receiving medical treatment or
accompanying a family member who is receiving medical treatment. This will not require further funds for the division to
make this change but will require some internal processes to change.
