2019 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This proposal adds a new section (.395) to Alaska Statute 35.40, to officially name bridge number 392 over the Chatanika
River at milepost 38.8 of the Steese Highway as the "Trooper Gabe Rich Memorial Bridge."
Sign fabrication and installation will occur in conjunction with a future construction project on bridge number 392, or in
conjuction with maintenance work required at milepost 38.8 of the Steese Highway, which involves the bridge's current
signage.
