FISCAL NOTE ANALYSIS
STATE OF ALASKA BILL NO. HB071
2020 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This bill adds to AS 39.25.150 additional direction to the state's Personnel Rules on the treatment of military experience
for meeting minimum position requirements.
The Division of Personnel has standard operating procedures in place for this, so no additional cost or process changes will
be necessary. Therefore, the division submits a zero fiscal note.
