Analysis
This bill adds a new Section AS 35.40.112. which names the Alaska Vocational Techinical Center building, located at 516
Third Avenue in Seward, Alaska as the Willard E. Dunham Residence Hall.
The Department of Administration, Shared Service of Alaska does not anticipate any programmatic effects as a result of this
legislation and therefore submits a zero fiscal note.
