SB 54 adds 18 acres to a land sale authorized by the Alaska Railroad Corporation. No operating or capital budget impact is
anticipated if this legislation is adopted.
The Alaska Railroad Corporation is a public corporation established under AS 42.40.010. The Corporation operates
independently and is not a part of the Governor's FY2020 proposed operating budget.
