FISCAL NOTE ANALYSIS
STATE OF ALASKA BILL NO. HB-82
2019 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This bill adds sexual orientation, gender expression and gender identity to the list of protected classes. We restructured in
FY17 and 18, and have a new case management system that has significantly streamlined our operations. With these
changes we can manage an increased caseload with no fiscal impact to the Commission. Therefore, we submit a zero note.
