Analysis
This proposal adds a new user group, i.e., a person who must use land in the highway corridor to gain access to private
property, to the existing list of exceptions for prohibited off-road vehicle use within five miles of the right-of-way of the
James Dalton Highway.
This proposal has no operational or fiscal impact on the Department.
