Analysis
  This proposal requires that No Smoking signs be posted at department facilities, in state equipment and vehicles, and on Alaska Marine
  Highway vessels. Current department No Smoking signage meets one of the three criteria as listed beginning at line 28 on page 5, through
  line 3 on page 6 of the bill. This proposal creates no fiscal impact to the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities.
