FISCAL NOTE ANALYSIS
STATE OF ALASKA BILL NO. HB 184
2018 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This bill adds sexual orientation, gender expression and gender identity to the list of protected classes. We restructured in
FY17, and have a new case management system that will be implemented this fiscal year. With these changes we can
manage an increased caseload with no fiscal impact to the Commission. Therefore, we submit a zero note.
