FISCAL NOTE ANALYSIS
STATE OF ALASKA BILL NO. SB 88
2017 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
The bill requires the Trust to pay for the costs of the exchange, as is required by federal law. That funding has already been
allocated by the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority board of trustees which will come to the Alaska Mental Heath Trust
Land Office through an unbudgeted RSA.
This will have no fiscal impact to the department; therefore a zero fiscal note is submitted.
