This bill mandates that school district boards of trustees in Wyoming must broadcast their meetings live over the internet starting July 1, 2026, unless there is an unavailable internet connection or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the broadcast. Additionally, it stipulates that recordings of these broadcasts will be considered public records, alongside the minutes and records of official actions taken during the meetings.

The bill also amends existing law to ensure that the minutes and recordings of the meetings, as well as records of all official acts, are maintained as public records. Furthermore, it requires that a list of warrants exceeding $500 be published in a legal newspaper within thirty days of the meeting, while individual yearly gross salary payments need only be published once each March. The effective date for the implementation of these provisions is set for July 1, 2026.
