The appropriations are designated for use until June 30, 2028, and any unspent funds will revert as per the law. Furthermore, the bill adds two ex officio nonvoting members to the Wyoming Business Council board, appointed by the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives, enhancing the council's governance structure.
