This bill authorizes the Wyoming Department of Health to transfer two parcels of land in Fremont County. The first parcel, approximately 28.94 acres, will be conveyed to the Wyoming Department of Transportation, while the second parcel, approximately 90.87 acres, will be transferred to the City of Lander for the purpose of residential housing. The conveyances will occur without impacting existing rights or estates associated with the parcels and will be subject to any recorded easements, setbacks, and restrictions.

Additionally, the bill stipulates that the transfers will be made without any payment of consideration, although the costs for necessary surveys, title insurance, and closing will be borne by the respective receiving entities. The act is set to take effect immediately upon the completion of all necessary legislative procedures as outlined in the Wyoming Constitution.
