This bill establishes a new legal provision regarding the change of venue in civil actions within district courts in Wyoming. It introduces a process whereby the district court can transfer a civil action filed in an incorrect venue to a proper venue, either on its own initiative or upon a motion from the parties involved. Additionally, it stipulates that if an action is timely filed in an incorrect venue and subsequently transferred, it will be considered timely filed in the new, proper venue.
