A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to highways; designating Wyoming state
2 highway 24 as the Purple Heart Memorial Trail; requiring
3 signage; and providing for an effective date.

5 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

7 Section 1. W.S. 24-1-139 is created to read:
8
9 24-1-139. Purple Heart Memorial Trail.

11 Wyoming state highway 24 located in Crook county shall be
12 known as the "Purple Heart Memorial Trail."
13
14 Section 2. The department of transportation shall
15 install appropriate signage, in compliance with applicable

1 federal and state law, to identify the Purple Heart
2 Memorial Trail.

4 Section 3. This act is effective immediately upon
5 completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
6 as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
7 Constitution.
