A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to public health and safety; repealing the
2 authority of the Wyoming department of health to adopt
3 measures for vaccination to prevent or arrest the progress
4 of smallpox; repealing penalties; specifying applicability;
5 and providing for an effective date.

7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

9 Section 1. W.S. 35-4-106 is repealed.

11 Section 2. Any measure adopted by the Wyoming
12 department of health requiring general vaccination to
13 prevent or arrest the progress of smallpox pursuant to W.S.
1 HB0124

1 35-4-106 shall be valid before the effective date of this
2 act.

4 Section 3. This act is effective July 1, 2024.
