A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to crimes and offenses; repealing an
2 exception to the crime of promoting obscenity regarding
3 possessing obscene materials for specified bona fide
4 educational purposes; and providing for an effective date.

6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

8 Section 1. W.S. 6-4-302(c)(ii) is repealed.

10 Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2025.
