A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to crimes and offenses; prohibiting a
2 person from exposing his intimate parts with the intent to
3 intimidate or harass; and providing for an effective date.

5 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

7 Section 1. W.S. 6-4-201(a)(ii) is amended to read:
8
9 6-4-201. Public indecency; exception; penalties.

11 (a) A person is guilty of public indecency if, while
12 in a public place where he may reasonably be expected to be
13 viewed by others, he:

1 (ii) Exposes his intimate parts, as defined by
2 W.S. 6-2-301(a)(ii), with the intent of arousing the sexual
3 desire of himself or another person, or with the intent to
4 intimidate or harass another person; or

6 Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2024.
