A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to game and fish; increasing nonresident
2 fishing license fees; and providing for an effective date.

4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

6 Section 1. W.S. 23-2-201(d)(ii), (vi) and (ix) is
7 amended to read:
8
9 23-2-201. Fees; restrictions; verification of
10 residency required.
11
12 (d) The following fishing licenses may be purchased
13 for the fee indicated in addition to the applicable fee
14 under W.S. 23-1-701 and subject to the limitations
15 provided:

2 (ii) Nonresident fishing license.........$100.00
3 $110.00

5 (vi) Nonresident daily fishing license....$12.00
6 $14.00

8 (ix) Nonresident five (5) consecutive day
9 fishing license......................................$54.00

12 Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2024.
