A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to malt beverages; specifying that
2 provisions governing relations between malt beverage
3 distributors and manufacturers do not apply to
4 manufacturers under a specified size; and providing for an
5 effective date.

7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

9 Section 1. W.S. 12-9-102(a)(xi) is amended to read:

13 (a) As used in this act:

1 (xi) "Manufacturer" means any person licensed to
2 manufacture or import malt beverages for distribution to
3 distributors licensed in Wyoming, provided that
4 "manufacturer" shall not include any person licensed to
5 manufacture or import malt beverages who manufactures or
6 imports less than fifty thousand (50,000) barrels of malt
7 beverages per calendar year;

9 Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2023.
