This bill proposes amendments to the composition of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, changing its membership from seven to eleven members. The new structure will include the Governor or a designee, the Secretary of the Department of Transportation or a designee, one at-large public member, and additional public members representing specific counties: two from Kanawha County, two from Fayette County, two from Raleigh County, and two from Mercer County.
