The primary aim of this legislation is to provide the Board of Pharmacy with the authority to establish regulations that will govern pharmacist recovery networks, thereby enhancing support systems for pharmacists in recovery. The bill does not include any deletions from current law, as the section being amended is new and does not contain any existing legal language that is being removed.
