It mandates the West Virginia Division of Labor to collaborate with the West Virginia Department of Veterans' Assistance to create and distribute a poster that includes essential contact information and descriptions of various resources available to veterans. These resources encompass areas such as substance abuse and mental health treatment, education and workforce training, tax benefits, and legal services, among others.

Furthermore, the bill stipulates that all employers in West Virginia with more than 50 full-time employees are required to display this poster prominently in their workplaces and, where applicable, on their websites. This initiative is designed to ensure that veterans and their families have easy access to vital information and support services, thereby improving their overall well-being and integration into the community.
