1 A BILL supplementing and amending the appropriations of public moneys out of the Treasury from
2 the balance of moneys remaining as an unappropriated surplus balance in the State Fund,
3 General Revenue, to the Department of Human Services, Office of Childcare
4 Development, fund 0403, fiscal year 2025, organization 0511, by supplementing and
5 amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
1 WHEREAS, It appears that there remains an unappropriated surplus balance in the State
2 Treasury which is available for appropriation during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025; therefore TITLE II – APPROPRIATIONS.
