1 A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the Treasury from
2 the balance of moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, to the
3 Department of Homeland Security, Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Regional Jail and
4 Correctional Facility Authority, fund 6675, fiscal year 2025, organization 0608, by supplementing
5 and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
1 WHEREAS, The Governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated
2 balance in the Department of Homeland Security, Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation,
3 Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority, fund 6675, fiscal year 2025, organization 0608,
4 that is available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, which is hereby
5 appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, to fund 6675, fiscal
2 year 2025, organization 0608, be supplemented and amended by adding a new item of
3 appropriation as follows:

NOTE: The purpose of this supplemental appropriation bill is to supplement, amend, and add a new item of appropriation in the aforesaid account for the designated spending unit for expenditure during the fiscal year 2025.
