1 AN ACT expiring funds to the balance of the Department of Arts, Culture, and History, Cultural
2 Facilities and Capital Resource Match Grant Program Fund, fund 3537, fiscal year 2023,
3 organization 0432, in the amount of $2,877,636, from the balance of Lottery Net Profits,
4 Division of Culture and History – Lottery Education Fund, fund 3534, organization 0432.
1 WHEREAS, The Governor finds that the account balance in Lottery Net Profits, Division
2 of Culture and History – Lottery Education Fund, fund 3534, fiscal year 2023, organization 0432,
3 exceeds that which is necessary for the purposes for which the account was established;
4 therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That the balance of funds available for expenditure in Lottery Net Profits, Division of
2 Culture and History – Lottery Education Fund, fund 3534, fiscal year 2023, organization 0432, be
3 decreased by expiring the amount of $2,877,636 to the Department of Arts, Culture, and History,
4 Cultural Facilities and Capital Resource Match Grant Program Fund, fund 3537, organization
5 0432.
