1 AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the Treasury from the
2 balance of moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, to
3 the Department of Veterans Assistance, Veterans Facilities Support Fund, fund 6703,
4 fiscal year 2024, organization 0613, by supplementing and amending the appropriations
5 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.
1 WHEREAS, The Governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated
2 balance in the Department of Veterans Assistance, Veterans Facilities Support Fund, fund 6703,
3 fiscal year 2024, organization 0613, that is available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending
4 June 30, 2024, which is hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill;
5 therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, to fund 6703, fiscal
2 year 2024, organization 0613, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of
3 appropriation as follows:
