1 A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section,
2 designated §47-20-32, relating to allowing charitable organizations to get one free bingo
3 license a year.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 20. CHARITABLE BINGO.
§47-20-32. Free bingo license for charitable organization.
1 A tax exempt, charitable organization may apply for and be granted one limited occasion
2 bingo license each year free of charge. All proceeds from the free, one-time licensure shall be
3 donated to a "qualified recipient organization" as that term is defined in this article.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to allow charitable organizations to get one free bingo license a year.
