1 AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the Treasury from the
2 balance of moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, to
3 Miscellaneous Boards and Commissions, Public Service Commission, fund 8623, fiscal
4 year 2024, organization 0926, Miscellaneous Boards and Commissions, Public Service
5 Commission – Gas Pipeline Division – Public Service Commission Pipeline Safety Fund,
6 fund 8624, fiscal year 2024, organization 0926, and Miscellaneous Boards and
7 Commissions, Public Service Commission – Motor Carrier Division, fund 8625, fiscal year
8 2024, organization 0926, by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal
9 year ending June 30, 2024.
1 WHEREAS, The Governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated
2 balance in Miscellaneous Boards and Commissions, Public Service Commission, fund 8623, fiscal
3 year 2024, organization 0926, Miscellaneous Boards and Commissions, Public Service
4 Commission – Gas Pipeline Division – Public Service Commission Pipeline Safety Fund, fund
5 8624, fiscal year 2024, organization 0926, and Miscellaneous Boards and Commissions, Public
6 Service Commission – Motor Carrier Division, fund 8625, fiscal year 2024, organization 0926, that
7 is available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, which is hereby
8 appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, to fund 8623, fiscal
2 year 2024, organization 0926, be supplemented and amended by decreasing an existing item of
3 appropriation as follows:
