 Enr SB 704
1 AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the Treasury from the
2 balance of federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30,
3 2024, to Miscellaneous Boards and Commissions, Public Service Commission – Motor
4 Carrier Division, fund 8743, fiscal year 2024, organization 0926, and Miscellaneous
5 Boards and Commissions, Public Service Commission – Gas Pipeline Division, fund 8744,
6 fiscal year 2024, organization 0926, by supplementing and amending the appropriations
7 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.
8 WHEREAS, The Governor has established the availability of federal funds for expenditure
9 in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this
10 supplementary appropriation bill; therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, to fund 8743, fiscal
2 year 2024, organization 0926, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of
3 appropriation as follows:
