1 A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the Treasury from the
2 balance of federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30,
3 2024, to the Department of Health and Human Resources, Division of Human Services,
4 fund 8722, fiscal year 2024, organization 0511, by supplementing and amending the
5 appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.
1 WHEREAS, The Governor has established the availability of federal funds for expenditure
2 in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this
3 supplementary appropriation bill; therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, to fund 8722, fiscal
2 year 2024, organization 0511, be supplemented and amended by increasing existing items of
3 appropriation as follows:
