1 AN ACT to repeal §11-13I-1, §11-13I-2, and §11-13I-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, all
2 relating to repealing tax credit for employing certain former employees of the Colin
3 Anderson Center.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 13I. TAX CREDIT FOR EMPLOYING FORMER EMPLOYEES OF COLIN
ANDERSON CENTER WHO LOST THEIR JOBS DUE TO THE CLOSURE OF
COLIN ANDERSON CENTER.
§11-13I-1. Legislative purpose.
