1 A BILL to repeal §19-1-4b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the repeal of
2 the authority of the Agriculture Commissioner to increase certain fees by rules or
3 regulations.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 1. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
§1. Repeal of section creating Authority of commissioner to increase certain fees by rules or regulations.
1 That §19-1-4b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the authority of the Agriculture Commissioner to
increase certain fees by rules or regulations.
