1 A BILL to amend and reenact §64-2-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to
2 authorizing the Department of Administration to promulgate a legislative rule relating to
3 state-owned vehicles.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION
PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-2-1. Department of Administration.
1 The legislative rule filed in the State Register on October 25, 2022, authorized under the
2 authority of §5A-12-5 of this code, relating to the Department of Administration (state owned
3 vehicles, 148 CSR 03), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Department of Administration to
promulgate a legislative rule relating to state owned vehicles.
