1 AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out of the Treasury from the
2 balance of federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30,
3 2023, to the Department of Agriculture, fund 8736, fiscal year 2023, organization 1400, by
4 supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.
5 Whereas, The Governor has established the availability of federal funds for expenditure
6 in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this
7 supplementary appropriation bill; therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, to fund 8736, fiscal
2 year 2023, organization 1400, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of
3 appropriation as follows:
