1 A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to
2 authorizing the Board of Accountancy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to board
3 rules of professional conduct.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF MISCELLANEOUS
AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-1. Board of Accountancy.
1 The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 27, 2022, authorized under the
2 authority of §30-9-5 of this code, relating to the Board of Accountancy (board rules of professional
3 conduct, 1 CSR 01), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Accountancy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to board rules of professional conduct.
