1 A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out of the Treasury from the
2 balance of federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30,
3 2022, to the Governor’s Office, Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund, fund 8823, fiscal
4 year 2022, organization 0100, by supplementing and amending Chapter 11, Acts of the
5 Legislature, Regular Session, 2021, known as the Budget Bill, for the fiscal year ending
6 June 30, 2022.
1 WHEREAS, The Governor has established the availability of federal funds for expenditure
2 in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this
3 supplementary appropriation bill; therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
1 That Chapter 11, Acts of the Legislature, Regular Session, 2021, known as the budget
2 bill, be supplemented and amended by adding a new item of appropriation to Title II, Section 6
3 thereof, the following:

NOTE: The purpose of this supplemental appropriation bill is to supplement, amend, and increase an existing item of appropriation in the aforesaid account for the designated spending unit for expenditure during the fiscal year 2022.
