1 A BILL to repeal §21-3-19 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to employer
2 discrimination for use of tobacco products.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 3. SAFETY AND WELFARE OF EMPLOYEES.
§21-3-19. Discrimination for use of tobacco products prohibited.
1 [Repealed.]
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the provision prohibiting employers from discriminating for use of tobacco products.
