1 AN ACT to create 84.10425 of the statutes; relating to: designating a bridge in
2 Pierce County as the Eisenhower Bridge of Valor.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, certain highway routes and bridges have been designated
and marked to memorialize, commemorate, or recognize certain individuals, groups,
or events. This bill directs the Department of Transportation to designate and mark
the bridge on USH 63 across the Mississippi River in Pierce County as the
“Eisenhower Bridge of Valor.”

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
3 SECTION 1. 84.10425 of the statutes is created to read:
4 84.10425 Eisenhower Bridge of Valor. The department shall designate and
5 mark the bridge on USH 63 across the Mississippi River in Pierce County as the
6 “Eisenhower Bridge of Valor.”
