1 AN ACT to affect 2021 Wisconsin Act 58, section 9104 (1) (g) 2g. and 2r.; relating
2 to: an addition to the 2021-23 Authorized State Building Program for the
3 construction of additional columbarium units at the Southern Wisconsin
4 Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill amends the 2021-23 Authorized State Building Program to add one
project for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The project involves the construction
of additional columbarium units at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial
Cemetery in the village of Union Grove. The project is financed with $440,000 in
program revenue and $4,560,000 in federal funds.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
