In addition to his legislative accomplishments, Senator Boehnke has a distinguished background in the United States Army, where he served for over 21 years, and has contributed to education as a tenured cybersecurity professor at Columbia Basin College. The resolution acknowledges his commitment to bipartisan problem-solving, civic involvement, and mentorship, as well as his advocacy for the Tri-Cities and Eastern Washington.
