Notably, the bill includes new requirements for the website to feature balances of each state fund or account and an inventory of state agency fees, as well as to be updated periodically with fiscal year data.

Additionally, the bill requires that capital and transportation project investments be coded with geographic information to facilitate public searches by legislative district, county, and agency project identifier. The website must also allow users to search for projects using an online geographical map, providing detailed information such as project title, total appropriation, description, expenditure data, and administering agency. The legislative evaluation and accountability program committee is tasked with ensuring the website is user-friendly and accessible, including testing it with potential users to confirm its navigability and comprehensibility.
