The stipend for each nurse is capped at $2,500 and can cover various costs, including training fees, educational materials, reasonable travel expenses, and other expenses deemed appropriate by the department. Additionally, the bill grants the department the authority to adopt rules necessary for the implementation of this new section in chapter 43.70 RCW.
