1 AN ACT Relating to requiring state agencies to clearly identify
2 programs and services which accept applicants with deferred action
3 for childhood arrival status; adding a new section to chapter 43.17
4 RCW; and creating a new section.
5 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
6 NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 43.17
7 RCW to read as follows:
8 Each state agency must clearly identify on the agency's website
9 all programs or services administered by the agency for which
10 applicants are not ineligible solely due to deferred action for
11 childhood arrival status.
12 NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. Nothing in this act creates a requirement
13 for any entity to update or revise existing materials, documents, or
14 publications.
