The resolution congratulates the 2024 810 Colchester All-Star Vermont championship Little League Baseball team for their remarkable achievements during the season. The team demonstrated resilience and determination, overcoming previous losses to their rival, Camels Hump, to secure the District 1 title. Their journey culminated in a thrilling comeback victory in the State championship against Brattleboro, where they scored three runs in the final moments of the game, ultimately winning 5-4 and earning the title of Vermont Little League champions.
The resolution also highlights the team's representation of Vermont at the New England regional tournament in Rhode Island and acknowledges the individual players: Boden Carney, Grayson Carey, Elliot Cote, Hayden Critchlow, Weston Ellingson, Willie Lamarche, Graysen Mead, Keegan Norris, Oliver Ouellette, Easton Pratt, Toby Scheuch, and Jensen Yelk.
