The House concurrent resolution No. R-108 congratulates the six students from Thetford Academy who were inducted into the National Technical Honor Society on March 12, 2025. These students, who are enrolled in a technical education curriculum at the River Bend Career and Technical Center, have excelled in their studies and demonstrated qualities such as scholastic excellence, honesty, dependability, responsibility, leadership, good citizenship, and pride in their work. The inductees include Hunter Clay (construction), Heidi Hewes (health science), Joshua King (heavy equipment), Ashlyn Osgood (emergency services), Rebecca Osgood (emergency services), and Dillon Vance (construction).

The resolution not only recognizes the achievements of these students but also emphasizes the importance of technical education and the opportunities available at River Bend Career and Technical Center. It calls for the Secretary of State to send a copy of the resolution to each of the honored students, thereby formally acknowledging their accomplishments and contributions to their respective fields of study.
