15 provide funding for three positions within the Human Rights Commission.

1 It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:
2 Sec. 1. HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION; APPROPRIATION; POSITIONS
3 In fiscal year 2025, the amount of $300,000.00 is appropriated from the
4 General Fund to the Human Rights Commission for salary and benefits for the
5 following three positions:
6 (1) One full-time equivalent Education and Outreach Coordinator.
7 (2) One full-time equivalent Intake Specialist.
8 (3) One full-time equivalent Staff Attorney Investigator.
9 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE
10 This act shall take effect on July 1, 2024.
