B. Ward for his outstanding 24-year municipal public service career.

By Representative Sammis of Castleton Whereas, on July 12, 1999, the Town of Castleton hired Bob Ward to serve as the town mechanic, and Whereas, Bob Ward maintained the fleet of municipal vehicles, assessed them for safety, and performed repairs for all town departments, and Whereas, he worked creatively and designed original structures that were used to aid in
the betterment of youth programs in the Town of Castleton, and Whereas, Bob Ward dedicated his career to being a resourceful problem-solver, and he
always provided reliable service to his work team and the municipality, and Whereas, after 24 years, Bob Ward is concluding his role as a great Castleton town employee, now therefore be it Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives:
That the General Assembly honors Castleton Town Mechanic Robert B. Ward for his outstanding 24-year municipal public service career and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors, and be it further Resolved: That the Secretary of State be directed to send a copy of this resolution to
Bob Ward.
