9 Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to grant
10 unionized State employees in the Executive Branch and the Judiciary the right
11 to strike.

13 It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:
14 Sec. 1. 3 V.S.A. § 903 is amended to read:
15 § 903. EMPLOYEES’ RIGHTS AND DUTIES; PROHIBITED ACTS
16 ***
17 (b) A State employee may not strike or recognize a picket line of an
18 employee or labor organization while in the performance of his or her official
19 duties. [Repealed.]

2 § 1012. EMPLOYEES’ RIGHTS AND DUTIES; PROHIBITED ACTS
