Act No. 37 (H. 282). An act relating to the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact
Subjects: Professions and occupations; Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact;

This act adopts the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact in Vermont, effective on
July 1, 2024. The Compact allows doctoral level psychologists to practice
telepsychology and temporary in-person psychology in other Compact states in which the
psychologist does not hold a professional license.
